Logo, Caps, & Uniform update issue. Please help!

I have posted about this issue a number of times and have never received and answer. Can someone please... please explain to my why this does not work?

The logos, caps and uniforms do not update according to the dates in their file names. For example, there are two actual file names from my game:

boston_colonials_1920-1936_FFFFDE_860C00 & boston_colonials_1937-1948_FFFFDE_860C00

jerseys_boston_colonials_1920-1936 & jerseys_boston_colonials_1937-1948

caps_boston_colonials_1920-1936 & caps_boston_colonials_1937-1948

Game year 1937 has come and gone and the 1920-1936 logos, uniforms, & caps are still the ones loaded. This is true of EVERY team. The box to prevent facegen updates IS NOT checked. The only way to update them is manually. When you have a lot of teams it takes forever. This is supposed to work. It worked in OOTP 15. It did not work in 16 and does not work in 17.

I am frustrated in the extreme by my inability to solve this issue. Is this a bug? Is this a known issue? Am I doing something wrong? For God's sweet sake can anyone at least confirm I'm not the only one having the problem? The images display fine, they just never change.

Please excuse my frustration but this is not the first, or second, or even third time I've asked this exact question and have never had a single response.
