Hold Runner but pitch around

Whenever I click on hold runner - it initiates an at-bat. What if I want to hold the runner and pitch around a batter?

Thanks

Pitching around someone generally means throwing a lot of breaking balls outside the strike zone. Those aren't good pitches to hold runners on, so it kind of makes sense for these two options to be mutually exclusive IMO. Not to mention, by pitching around someone you are basically giving away a free base, so the runners would advance anyway.

It can also mean fast balls off the plate trying to get someone to chase.
