Signing Draft Picks
Need a little bit of help in this area. What happens if I go over slot to sign someone? Do I get penalized?

If you exceed your draft budget the owner may not allow you to offer over slot to anyone else that year.

It would be more funner if you could sign all Draft Picks to Contracts and your Teams Budget like at a Billion so wouldn't have to be Commissioner Mode to try and resign them better yet when be one a Free-Agent just move them back to your team.

Nothing at all wrong with going overslot, it's totally normal. The restriction you have is your available money. You can always sign guys for slot or less no matter what. If you want to sign guys for more than slot, you have to have the budget room + cash to do it. If you have that money, no problem, your owner will be fine with it. If you'd be exceeding your budget room + cash, your owner won't allow you to go over slot.
