Question on Broadcast View

I just now have started getting into watching the game broadcasts versus just simming.

I have OOTP 17 set up, and I am able to do the broadcast view that has the little icons, basically each player looks like a little chess piece.

I have seen screen shots where the players actually look like players and there is rich detail in the stadium, etc.

How do I set that up to work on my computer, the rich detail? Is it possible I don't have the right computer to do it?

They use ootpmods.com and download baseball stadiums
