Game Crash

I noticed this from it happening now 3 times. If you start a game and let it sit awhile, then come back to finish it later, the game will crash. Apparently, after running for several hours, the game just craps out and closes. Like I said, this has happened to me three times, where I have had to do something, and left the game running. When I returned and played a few more innings, everything seemed fine, and then a message popped up saying ootp17 has encountered a fatal error and closes. I wonder if this is related to the mentioned memory leak. Very annoying because I rarely sit and play a game straight through without stopping to do something else. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
