Has anyone ever wanted to promote an International Complex player to the Majors?

I know it can't be done in the game, but shouldn't that be something that can be an option if someone was bold enough to try? The highest level possible in Triple A,

This should be in 18 because there's 0 chance to be implemented in a patch update

i've had some only take 1year before getting to the majors. so, it's possible. i know one guy had nearly 50/80 contact coming out of the complex. he probably would have struck out 200times, but... he had other attributes that would have made him an ok bench player on most teams and a starter on a few.

you just have to do it in two steps - bump to minors, then immediately bump to majors. it's such a rare occurence the ui won't change for it - my best guess. i wouldn't do it with any player withou the current ratings and high potential. i've used low-quality young players on the bench many times, though. (run fast, defense, many positions, etc). i'm not concerned about a sub-35-40pot's development, though.

Not always...I had one become a HOFer once. But yeah, for the most part, they don't tend to get past A-level ball.

I have decent success with them I guess... I promote them right away so they don't decay, and I also don't have bums as minor league coaches

I've found complex guys turn out just as much as draft picks, also a lot easier to stock up on them.
