Get rid of Stuff/Movement ratings.
The various pitching ratings seem a little redundant at this point, don't they?
If you've got a guy who throws an 80 Fastball (I use 20-80 ratings), and velocity of 101+, you don't need another rating to tell you that he has great stuff. Same with movement - someone with an 80 pitch is going to have great movement as that's part of the deal.
I'm assuming that pitch ratings aren't largely cosmetic. The stuff/movement/control setup was created back in the early days of OOTP when we didn't have specific pitch ratings. At this point, why not list the various pitches a guy has and tell us how accurate he is with them?
After all, real scouting reports don't rate 'stuff' and 'movement', they talk about what the pitcher is throwing and if he can get it over the plate.
