Freezing a player(no movement)?

I was told once before how too do this (but forgot),but would like too know how it's done again. This is best used when having a MLB that has minors or a team that has more than one Triple A team.

Do you mean lock a player to prevent AI movement? If so, right click on the player and then select 'set game strategy'. There is a tick box to lock player.
