When I start a new dynasty my preference is to build up a team through the draft and have a rock solid development system. I adjust the front office people so the top performers are in the best jobs. I hire only good to outstanding coaches and I examine their likelihood to gel with the roster.
So far, so good. I do wonder if a massive restructuring has consequences, though. Since I'm likely to trade away talent for prospects anyway, should I phase in the management changes as my prospects mature through the minors or is it fine to just blow it all up on day one? |

i tend to junk the existing staff whenever i start a new game or a new team. Usually i make retired players into coaches/managers. Also tend to junk as many players as i can to build a team i like. Maybe not better, but at least it's players i like.
neat thing about this game, there ain't no wrong way to do anything.
