High scores related to position players pitching

That game was in the 18th inning. Weird stuff happens when you get to the 18th inning. I suppose that instead of using a position player there the game could force a starting pitcher into the game, but when I simmed through an entire season with the new patch position players combined to throw only 2 innings the entire season. That doesn't seem like an issue to me.
