So basically with the new historical minors, and thus the large number of historical minor players, what I want to do is essentially to play a "normal" game of OOTP but in the past, this means scouting, uncertanties, etc. Would I be correct in assuming the way to achieve this is to go in, choose the historical game setup with minors, set it to use the OOTP development engine, and reenable the scouring system? Then after all that plug in my preferred modifiers like aging speed, AI player eval weights, etc? Is there anything else I'm overlooking?
