Ineligible Players On Playoff Roster

Still have problem in online league whereby a team can have ineligible players on the playoff roster. Need a mechanism in the game that prevents a team from being able to do that. A warning sign or some mechanism needs to flag the GM that the playoff roster is illegal and a roster move is needed to be in compliance!!!

Also, still have that issue after spring training whereby non roster invitees and others are permitted to be on the active roster even though not placed on the 40 man roster. Need a mechanism here to prevent that from happening, The sim will not continue until proper roster moves are made to be in compliance.
