Can I Use the Same Key for Multiple Devices?

I was planning on installing the game on my laptop with the intention of also installing it on my desktop in the future, but now I'm wondering, do I need to purchase another key to install it on my desktop? If so I may just install on my desktop only...

PC keys work for Mac & vice-versa. Linux keys don't.

But a pc key won't work on a mac or linux and the other way around.

Mac/PC are compatible - license is the same for both. You can use the license once on a PC and again on a Mac.
