Why Has No One In The ABF Purchased His Contract Yet?

Every great PCL player has had their contract purchased by an ABF team. No PCL pitcher has ever put up stats like this. i dont get it. (Neutralized stats). After he went off to WWII, he signed with Hollywood, is that why?

OUCH amazing stats over 700 strikeouts and done in 51 games. That stat sticks out in my mind plus 400Ks too. You need to sign him while you can.
