Add-ons central

I'm currently seeing only the OOTP Dev servers as being available, and not the OOTP Mods.com one. I assume this is why there's no all-in-one (for minor and international league uniforms, caps etc) or historical ballparks, facegens etc that are usually there.

Does anyone know how we can add that server, assuming it will allow us?

Thanks!

Do we have to download an all-in-one for the correct player face gens to show up? All of the MLB players have random facegens in my test game I created.

Then something went wrong for you. We have over 800 real facegens in the game for MLB players.

I'm getting no face gens at all in the first test game? Thus, I was also wondering if we needed to install the all-in-one for 17? But don't see it listed in the add-on central?

How would we fix this issue?

I started the 1991 Jays historical league, are the facegens available? If so how do I get them, I thought they would auto-install

Adding my voice to the chorus here. I haven't tried a current game yet, but would love to download the historical facegen pack, and some of the other great things associated with game in previous years. Does anyone have the url for OOTPmods.com add-ons handy?

Thanks.

Here is the actual xml URL you need to enter: http://ootpmods.com/mods/ootpmods17.xml

The previous link I posted was to the ootpmods instruction page. Sorry for the confusion.

We have facegens only for current MLBers. No idea why they don't show up for you. Please see here:

My copy of 17 came with full facegens, logos, jerseys, caps, and even 3D stadiums for the MLB built in. I have no idea what the deal is here.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

It could be that the MLB game comes with the facegen box unclicked so no face gens come for guys until you click it.

Game settings facegen page for those looking to get the click in

I know in the past the MLB game always had "no fictional pictures" set as default. I bet Sprague is right.

Nope. I created an MLB league and there they were.

It was unclicked in mine when I tested it, why I mentioned it.
Maybe it loads differently with each load, but everyone should check first to see if the facegen box is checked or unchecked before testing out their player facegens...

Nope, the "Load Photofit files automatically" option overrides this. No need to have Facegen enabled for all players, it is set to no players because of legal reasons by default.

Did you install to the default or a custom location?
