Do the teams from 1870s, 80s, and 90s have the proper rosters now?

Can I still create a historical league with teams from different years? 1927 Yankees, 1954 Indians, etc etc? Thanks for answering these.

I really wish 19th century worked. With all the updates if it was set as a minor league it would.
