playoff history upgrades??

Wow OOTP17 should be great, especially the improved speed!

here is my yearly question

Was wondering if any work was done to keep better history each year for the playoffs:

its in this ootp16 thread:
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...e-history.html

Most important additions:

like playoff trees and playoff series summaries saved?
playoff box scores and game logs?

thanks!

Just was wondering still!
I saw that fhm2 got the playoff trees saved in the history so I got excited for the possibilities for OOTP!

That would be a nice feature.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

More importantly, are the history issues with teams switching between subleagues fixed?

The history code is the same as OOTP 16, apart from a few bugfixes.

Markus, right now when you expand from 1 subleague to 2, it will screw up the league championship history page. If Detroit won the 1956 World Series when the league was only 1 subleague and you move them to the 2nd subleague, the team that came in second will be listed as the 1956 champ. Any chance this can be fixed.

Yeah I'm kind of stuck I was going to expand to a second sub league and move some of the teams from Sub league one to sub league two but I actually haven't made the move specifically for this reason. I really hope this gets fixed with the release of 17

I've also been hoping that OOTP mimics FHM2 with having a draft log history so you can go back through the years easily and see who become busts, etc. I manually keep up with all 1st round drafts in a spreadsheet and it's cumbersome.
