Customizable History Leaderboards

This is an awkward name for a simple concept: It would be nice if, when looking at the historical leaderboards tab for teams/leagues, you could limit the era covered; that is, to say "Show only post-1947" or "pre-2000" or whatever you designate.

There are two benefits to this

1) It lets you compare only eras with similar conditions. Its kind of annoying to have your ace starter finish a 2.26 ERA, 23-win season, want to look up how that season ranks in your franchise/league history, ... only to see that neither cracks the top ten, because there's a bunch of guys from the dead-ball era who had seasons with 24-26 records and 1.97 ERAs ...

2) It lets you limit the search to the years you were running the team. As fun as it is to let the real past blend seamlessly into the simulated future, it would also be nice to separate the two. This is especially useful if you've merged real-life franchises into fantasy leagues, etc.

It would also be good if we could change the qualifying minimums for rate stats.
