It should be pretty easy. Given I've tested my own quickstart files before, you just put the stuff for it in the "Quickstarts" folder and then when you open the game, pick the option to start from a quickstart and pick the league. It should show up in the listing if it's all done properly.

I did place the file in the quick start folder, but no option to select it or any other quickstarts when i open the game. I have no idea why?
