More Left-Handed Pitchers

I'm not sure if my suggestions in this linked thread will get implemented in a patch this year. If not, hopefully in OOTP 18. Basically, I showed that there aren't enough fictional LHP generated in OOTP. If you're still not convinced then I'll have to make more graphs

For OOTP 18 I'd like to see the number of LHP generated in each draft class (and IFAs) increased to 35%. Currently right-handed platoon hitters become semi-useless in long-term leagues due to the shortage of fictional left-handed pitchers.

Also, I'd like to request a few more fictional switch-hitters. Right now it's close to 10% but a few percentage points higher would more closely match reality.
