I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if I'm unaware how to implement it:

Customized trade demands

I want to build up my minor league system with young pitchers
but instead I get offers all over, from veteran position players to major league pitchers.

Something desired would be a screen of checkboxes of desired positions, and an option for major/minor leaguers. It's a common feature found on fantasy baseball sites, so I expected a similar feature here.

Otherwise negotiating with the AI is difficult to do. When I want to get a #4 starter in baseball, I have to give up my top prospect in my organization or something using the make it work option. Otherwise I have to be shopping a player around to initiate a trade.
