Milestones and Hall of Fame

So, I'm playing a fictional game with 2015 settings, six teams, and a 90 game schedule. I was wondering what you guys recommend I set my season and career milestones at. The league will most likely contain six teams for the next 15+ seasons if that helps. Additionally, how should I evaluate any possible hall of famers, aka what should the requirements be to become a hall of famer?

I've been playing around with using a schedule of roughly 100 or so games, so not quite as small as you, but here was my thinking:

100/162 is not quite 2/3 a current MLB season. So my "milestones" and "HoF" credentials should be about 2/3 what I consider them to be now.

So for example, 2000 hits would be the bar instead of 3000. And making it to 1500 hits would likely be something rare-ish, so it would likely be my milestone point.
If a 5-man rotation means 20 starts in a 100 game season, figure a good pitcher would win 75% of those, I'd go for 15 wins instead of 20 as the milestone.

Hope that helps!
