hiring staff

maybe I just haven't got to it yet but I fired one of my scouts because I didn't think he was very good.

I looked in all the places that would make sense in the OOTP GUI

I looked in the online manual

I did a search on this forum

cant find anywhere to hire non-player staff.

can someone point me in the right direction

of course 4 seconds after posting this I found it.

for others who might be interested under the team - personnel there is the primary tab for team staff and right next to it Free Agents which is available staff.
