Minor League Management
Hey gang,
Sorry if this seems like a simple question but I am new to the world of OOTP (came from the world of strat). I heard that if a minor league player is ready to move up a level and you don't move him, eventually he gets worse. Question is: if I move all the players that are ready, I will not have a full team in the A or the AA league. Does that matter?? Any suggestions for managing the minors without losing a players talent? Thanks |

No, rosters are filled with "average ghosts" players so that the minor league simulated games can take place. Watch the stats, player development and scouting emails.

So I can call up my players and have 6 1B on my AAA team?
Or does that mess things up? |

No more than 2 of each position should be at any one level as "playing time" would have to be shared between all of them so some would suffer.
