1980 league project

My objective - create a league starting in 1980 (with real players) that will eventually become fictional over time. That is, I'm not going to import real rookies, I'm going to use fictional feeder leagues.

I have L/R split stats for hitters and pitchers which I'm going to use to create the initial 1980 season (I'm rather Type A and would prefer doing this over having random splits created). My plan was to create a fictional league and then simply manually edit players with the split stats that I have.

My question is - what's the best way to convert 1980s numbers to the "neutral, modern Major League environment" that show up in the OOTP editor? Does anyone know the average player stats used for that?

Never mind! Had an epiphany which I checked out during lunch; I just made all the ratings 100 in the editor and then looked at the resulting stats!
