League Files

I'm having a large number of issues with my game since moving it over to OOTP 16, and someone suggested sending my league files to one of the developers to see if they can fix it. Does anyone know who I send it to, and also how I go about sending it to him?

Thank you. Do you know how long it usually takes for them to get back to you? I start classes in a few weeks, so my window for OOTPing all day is closing fast.
