Advice on Enabling Advanced Draftee Signings

in 1st year player draft. It seems that choosing No would be akin to imposing a rookie salary cap, which I like, so that's where I'm leaning.

Any thoughts?

I think it all depends on what you like. For me, contract negotiations is a high point of the game whether for extensions, free agents or the draft, so I use the advanced signing option for the amateur draft.
