Installing OOTP5

Is it possible to install the game even if I don't have an internet connection on the computer I wish to run the game on? I was planning on purchasing/downloading it at work and burning it to a CD. I'm not sure how the whole e-license process works. Thanks.

Yes you can install it on a non-internet PC, but you need to contact Via-Tech for instructions on how to do this.
