Report Who Claimed Who when a waiver trade fails

Currently if a waiver trade is cancelled because a player was claimed all we are told is:

The Office of the Commissioner has informed you that the waiver-trade with the <team name> got canceled because at least one player did not clear waivers.

Who was claimed?
Which player was claimed? We're talking trades of 5-7 players. Which one(s) is being claimed and blocking the trade?

Who did the claiming?
Which team claimed the player? If they want him so badly we can try for a trade.

At the end of the day it's incredibly frustrating to try and do business without this information. Some more details would be much appreciated!

In real life we don't know who has Claimed who intill it comes out.
