OOTP5 Server for 1.44MB Files

I noticed that there is a server dedicated for 1.44MB files. Does this mean you can download the complete game onto 10 (or so) floppy's and install it on another PC? Exactly how many floppy's will I need if this is the case, and how large is the download? I have a T1 line at work and will be downloading OOTP5 onto my laptop. I play mostly at home but have a dial-up connection that will take forever to download. Does it make sense to download it at work onto floppy's and then just install it at home without having to download using the dial-up connection? Does this all make sense or am I way off base here? Anyway, only a couple of minutes until the most wonderful time of the year. OOTP5 release day even beats Xmas!!!

Yes you can, someone said 15 but I'm not sure.
