Previous Year's Standings

Are the previous year's league standings saved anywhere? Do they only appear if you generate an almanac? I can't find them.

History Tab under League Menu

League is Fourth choice Top Menu - file then game etc

I see the History tab under league menu but after that I'm not seeing it. Help!
