Baseball cards not generating correctly

I usually don't play with baseball cards but I decided I'd give it a go. And this is happening.

MVP card is showing as "Top Hitter" award
Platinum Stick award does not generate cards
Defense award is generating generic card not an award card
Reliever of the year award doesn't generate cards
Manager of the year isn't generating cards

I'm using the default cards. I haven't changed anything. Is this normal. Like I said I don't usually use cards and this is the first time I've payed attention to them.

MVP card showing "Top Hitter" Either the card has the text set to specifically say "Top Hitter" or you haven't changed it in league setup.

Card text can be edited.

Platinum Stick - no default card - OOTP does not generate one, you'd have to do them yourself.

Same for Reliever of Year and Manager of Year - OOTP does not generate

I would suggest downloading some of the custom sets and use them.

Ok. Thanks. So it's all working correctly. For someone who just started using cards it's weird. I figured it would have made a card for every award.

I inquired during Beta if default cards would be added for the new awards, but at that time there were more pressing issues and I think it got put to the back burner.

I'll bring it up again and see if something can be added for a fall update (if such an update is planned).

Racer, there is an awesome mod that puts all the historical cards together to where they will auto-import by year. I can find you the link when I get back to my cpu, it is truly awesome for anyone using the cards.

Had an issue of cards generating with the background but no player facegen.

Have also experienced issues with missing facegen on photos on the daily schedule page even though these players have previously had facegen photos show up fine. Seemed to happen after the last OOTP update.

Yea, it's an awesome mod, but the earliest generated card is 1877 it appears, so anything from 1871-1876 uses the OOTP default cards.

Can always just copy the templates you want into 1871-76... pretty much a non-issue.
