Baseball card template request: 1980 TCMA minor league set
Would this one be possible to make a template out of? It seems pretty straightforward...red card background, white team and player names.
![]() And the backs are pretty simple, too. You could probably take out the "1980", or even the whole bottom "1980 Official..." part to make room for more stats, if you wanted, and just leave the number in the upper left corner. ![]() Any takers? I've tried, but I don't have the coding skills, unfortunately. Thanks to anyone who wants to give it a go. |

The font for the team name on the front won't be the same as the real card but here's what I got so far. A few changes to the font sizes and positions and it should be done and I might make a version with the front of the card based on the team colors. Will try and finish this weekend.
default ![]() all-star (hof and awards will be the same except for the text on the back)

Had some spare time and was able to finish these. The file is attached and located below the pictures.
I wanted to give the has_team attribute a try so if you want to use team/league colors (see George Brett example) for the front of the card all you have to do is: Open the xml file in notepad At lines 11 and 20 (word wrap off) change the has_team="1" to "0" and at lines 12 and 22 change it from "0" to "1" For teams with white as their background color the card may be difficult to see, you may want to change the "0" to a "1" for the element at line 13 (line 14 for the all_star, hof and award xmls) You will have to do this for each xml that you want using the team/league colors. ![]() ![]()

The fonts look different in yours, are you using OOTP13?

Nope, still have OOTP11...got a used copy a few months back. Probably I'll upgrade to 13 soon, though.

Okay, thanks. They changed the font names in 14, which is why yours are different. The new "bold" isn't the same as the previous one, it is now what used to be "verabd" and the old "bold" is now called "b_bold".

I know I'm bringing back a old thread but I could use some help. Everything works great with the cards in OOTP16 but for some reason it won't auto generate platinum stick award cards (I'm guessing its the hitter_award file). Is there something I can change to get them to auto generate from that file?.
