Managers/coaches

I would like to see the game offer the ability to sign a Bench Coach, or a minor league manager from another team in the off season. I would also like to see - from a GM perspective -- the ability to conduct like an interview process to chose a manager/coach. This would be neat to see - say for example you fire your manager - and notice that several bench coaches seem ready for their big league shot - currently you cannot pry them from another team.

I don't know about an interview process. I think you get all you need to know from the scouting report and his ability, what he favors, he's a hot head etc.

I will second the being able to steal a manager away from another team and I would like to add managers ability to make the hall of fame. I've had some great managers that deserve to be in it.
