Injury trading?

How can I make it so injured players can be traded? Even if it's not allowed in MLB (I don't know actually) It should be an option just like trading draft picks are.

It actually is allowed in MLB, just rarely happens.

I'm not sure if you can in OOTP, though I always want to.

I guess you could go in commish mode, change how many days the guy is injured to 0 then leave commish mode, do the trade, go back to commish mode and change the 0 back to the number it was.

OOTP doesn't let you trade for injured players, well it didn't before.

Will it effect how much I'd need to give up to the AI? Or not?
