what settings should i use to get the most realistic stats (based on mlb stats) so adam dunn types don't hit 300 against LHP and kershaw doesn't throw 5 no hitters?

I haven't had any issues on the defaults.

click "player development off" and you will get something very close to RL results. If you don't want anything that precise, then keep development on but keep recalculation on and lower the randomness rating in the Player/FaceGen settings from 100 (which is medium, max is 200) to something below that, say 50 or 25.

I hope this is incredible sarcasm because neither is going to happen if you play on the default. Only way it'll happen is if you play around with things.
