Come to Will's pre-release chat tomorrow in the IRC room and at 9:30 EST I'll annouce the location of the FOB sign up site. At 12 EST I'll try an remember to post it on the site

First Come, First Serve

5 per year so the faster you do it the earlier you get in. FOB2 won't start for a week or two but when it does I'll try and sim 2 years a week. Keeping things on a good pace.

I think Will and myself have got you confused. Redsox45 is Will and there is me with Willy. Both beta's but not one in the same

..... Honest mistake, drop the 'y' and things get really confusing. Just want to give Will credit for getting the release chat setup, he did the same with OOTP3 and OOTP4 and it runs smoothly.
