Best month ever?

I don't typically post stuff like this since it can all be faked but I had to post this one. Don't think I've ever seen a month this strong as a hitter.

Curious what you mean by "it can all be faked".

Oh I just mean players can be edited to produce unrealistic results and there is no way to tell if I did such a thing simply by me posting that email. Even if I was asked to post what the editor screen looks like for Buxton i could presumably just edit it before I posted it to make it look normal instead of "tricked out".

In my fictional world it isn't at all uncommon for a player of the month to have a .400+ average. I'd say roughly once a year it happens. The other months the POM will be .350+.

Yeah .400 isn't that uncommon just thought .476 was pretty high and then add in that he drove in 28 and scored 29 and you have a pretty productive month.

The scoring 29 runs in a month is pretty impressive - since he only had 7 home runs. Some other guys on his team must be driving in a lot also.

For some context, here's how he ended up for the season. Too bad he kept getting injured. Pretty sure I've never seen a WAR number that high in less than 100 games played.

Lets just hope this course of development holds true in real life and that we get to see such greatness sooner rather than later

Once in 15 I was fooling around and edited all of Ryan Flaherty's (my favorite player) ratings to 250 in the editor. Hit .483 with 97 homers. Too bad I lost the file.
