Downloading in multiples of 1.45

Will we be able to dl in mult's of 1.45 upon release this year? Also, how many disks would I need?

Thanks....I am going to run over to the local library use their internet since I have dial up. I figure this should save me time. I am hoping to be able to play OOTP5 throughout my first class of the day.
