Searching for players

Is it possible to search for players? I know I can search their name, but I can't fill in some ratings in the filter and find whoever matches them. Or am I missing some part of the interface?

Also, is it possible to see the players eligible for the upcoming draft? The only thing I see right now is a draft log, of last year's draft..

So this just isn't possible...? Then how do I find possible additions to my team?
