Montreal Expos/Washington Nationals Separate Records?

I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to "separate" an historical teams records. I added the Montreal Expos as an expansion team, and I wanted to have their original records before going to DC, and have the Nationals be treated as a newer franchise, and only have National records, is this possible to do?

I found a "work around" to get players in the Hall of Fame as Expos. Go to the Nationals and rename them to the Expos and change the uniforms. Then go to OOTP16/saved_games/(name of your saved game)/news/html/images/hof. Delete the players Hall of Fame card you you want to replace. Upon re-entering the Hall of Fame the card will be recreated. Once this is done replace the uniform back to the Nationals. The players card in the Hall of Fame will show up as expos, but can be found on the Nationals sort tab. When viewing the players profile the uniform will change back to the Nationals, but atleast you can have more of a historical accurate Hall of Fame plaques.
