My Updated MLB Uniform Creations

Wanted to start my own thread as I indulge into my 2015 MLB QuickStart and give specific teams rebrands so to speak. This will be a "slow" project and I wont be firing off oodles of jerseys at once. - As each team in my MLB universe updates I will post here... or if I am feeling creative and want to post for fun. Figured I'd give back to the OOTP community what my mind comes up with!

Disclaimer - Majority of the logos are combinations of existing work on the internet/partially my creation/taken from someone else to use for personal enjoyment purposes only.

First off is the Pittsburgh Pirates... at this time the only team I've updated thus far. As the 2016 season approaches and my 2nd year as GM the Pirates look to reshape their team and give a new fluid identity for the fans.

I decided to mix classic with modern. Classic elements such as pinstripes on the home and away with a simple collar and sleeve stripe. The "PITTSBURGH" and "PIRATES" script remain on the jerseys from the past.

A new logo is presented for the team and can be found on the left hand sleeve of both the home and away.

At this time the Pirates only have a home and away jersey... after the fans reacted with positive comments the Pirates management is mulling the idea of an alternate jersey(s).

Next up is the San Diego Padres. Without re-inviting the wheel they took somewhat of a combination of their identities and used them to strengthen their image. Brown returns from a past and introducing a pleasant and nicely contrasting powder blue.

It may be that your jerseys are 385px × 385px rather than the correct 512px x 512px.

I hope it's not my Jersey Creator causing this.

Nope your program is good

I just checked... not sure what I did to mess it up, but I don't know how to do that "preview" in the top right corner so I was just doing a screen shot copy paste onto the jersey file I created (which is 512 x 512) and for some reason once I then save it its shirking it to 385 x 385. I will have to see why its doing that to me.

I updated the 2nd post for Pittsburgh. I have to still update San Diego

As the 2016 season approaches and Opening Day is just days away the last team to rebrand this season is the Colorado Rockies.

Without a hint of a rebrand on the way the update came as a surprise to fans with the new look. The rockies decided to embrace purple and make it "their own" and drop black from their logo and uniforms.

Rumors are that a purple alternate jersey is in the works and could make its way onto the field in the 2017 season.

Got a request for ya. Take modern day Cubs and combine it with 1918 from No Pepper's set. Namely the gold alt jersey. Use that Logo atleast on jersey maybe modern C on cap. Up to you.

How are these? I used the logo you gave me colored for modern day, bolded the outlines a little bit. For the away jersey I used the same font thats found in the logo you provided and I also used that same font for the C on the cap. I wanted to bring back my favorite bear logo for the sleeve patch. Let me know whatcha think or if you want changes made... not sure if you wanted these to look modern or retro.
