What Do The Manager Styles Mean?

I looked in the manual and even did a search and I found nothing. What do the different "styles" mean/do (Conventional, Sabermetric, Smallball, Unorthodox, Tactician)?

I can pretty much figure out conventional, sabermetric and smallball. I'm really wondering about unorthodox and tactician though...

If you go to your team strategy section, you can select the different styles to see how they alter team strategies (it also tells you that unorthodox is random)
