Searching Players

I need a little newb help. Last night, I found a list of players that include players as young as 15 or 16 and I was able to start scouting them, add to shortlist, etc.. Can someone help me get back to that point?

I /think/ you are talking about your international complex. It's where the game puts players your scout has discovered until they are ready for the minors.

You can find it from your team home screen, then the Rosters and Transactions tab, then International.

Depending on time of year, that might have been international amateurs that you can sign to PUT in the complex, which would be in league transactions > international amateur FA.
