Real life Managers and GM

I can see that starting a historical league back from the power years one do get correct managers for MLB teams.
But the rest of the coaches are fake, aren't they.

Same goes for GM as I understand.

Only like to confirm this, since the new thing is correct managers, which is very good, but only 1 step towards an even better game.

Haven't been playing this game for some years, so glad to find out whats new behind the curtain in this OOTP16.
