Trade bug?

I offered a CPU team Five 5-star potential players, 4 were in the top 100, for a .5/.5 star/potential prospect, who's the scrubbiest scrub in all the scrublands. The team decided to not accept, and not only that, they say it's not a good deal for them.. blah blah blah..

What gives? There's no justification for them saying no, not one. No money issues, getting 5 beautiful prospects, what's up with this?

Same thing on Hard/Very Hard. Neutral/Favor Prospects. Works on all. I didn't test out the other trade difficulties because I don't care what goes on with them because I'll never use them.

Are any of the prospects on the 40-man roster? They may not have room and don't want to remove anyone.

Just a guess...

Yeah I think there is a bug... I even tried to give the Angels A-Rod and Sabathia for Trout and they laugh at me.....

The other team's scout may hate that guy, or alternately your scout may have overvalued him, badly.

I'd PT that. No way this game should ship if the Yankees can't get Trout.
