Are game winning rbi's no longer tracked in Ootp?, the last version I bought was 9, lol.

Good question. No, OOTP does not. I believe Major League Baseball has discontinued tracking the stat for many years now, in fact.

OOTP16 does record walk-off hits in the player history section.
