Responsibility Sucks
I always try and sneak in a few games each morning while waiting for my wife to get ready for work. I'm in the middle of a great pennant race right now. The Amarillo Bats and the Jackson Browns have been going back and forth for over a month now. So, I have just enough time to sneak in the first 2 games of a Bats/Browns series this morning. Both come from behind wins for the the Bats giving them a 2 1/2 game lead in the standings. I so wanted to play watch the 3rd and final game of the series, but I heard those dreaded words, I'M READY, LET'S GO....Ugh! The great thing is Jackson's 2 losses now have them living dangerous as Fort Worth, Tulsa and Baton Rouge are all right on their tails. I still think the Mickey Mantle/Madison Bumgarner led Bats are destined for their second league championship in a row.

My family is at Disney right now with the grand parents...and I'm at the resort drinking whiskey and fighting my way through a 6 game road stretch. I will "feel" better after lunch and join them.
