Better world design options

I would like to have better control over designing the world:

Adding languages
Adding continents
Adding races, and the ability to select skin tones and tweak wireframes in FaceGen for a race.
Better country, state, city management
Support for players with no first name

Interface changes:

Hit-enter-to-save-change for player names through the game interface is less preferable to just updating the field when it loses focus

I think I want the ability to open multiple game management windows, but only if it his helpful and doesn't make a mess. Reason: sometimes the information on one page drives the choices on another.

And... better documentation in the OOTP Online Manual. Many of the descriptions of file names and locations are not consistent with my installation (Steam), and a good description of the content and difference between install locations, game locations, saved game folders, etc. would be helpful. Right now it's difficult for me to figure out exactly what I do and don't have control over when modding because the file locations aren't consistent with the documentation.

I have some league ideas that are running into world limitations... it's not something that's on a lot of peoples' lists, but the more I can manipulate the better.

Why would I want players with green and purple skin? Well...

I'd also add improving the player nationality selector screen to this. It's a pain to have to edit all the percentages manually for each country, it'd be nice if we could bulk-edit groups of countries and/or save the percentage layout we designed and import it later.
