Service Time Changed (Dynamic)

I searched for help for this before. Long story short, I normally change the dynamic setting to only change things such as adding in new teams ETC. I forgot to this time and it changed the service time to be a FA form 6 years to 7. How would I go about changing this? I looked into the league settings and such and I can't figure it out for the life of me. Thanks.

league settings, then in a sub section of that. either options, rules or financial.

OP's new enough to not know my traditional stance on this, so I'll just make it clear: turn off league evolution entirely, it makes the game much more realistic.
